Schedule a Visit
Please join us at an Open House for Prospective Parents or schedule an individual tour of our campus to learn more about our programs.
Open House dates:
Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at 9:00 a.m.
Sunday, January 23, 2011 at 2:00 p.m.
Complete Application for Admission
Complete the application form and return with a $75.00 non-refundable application fee. Submit your application and we will contact you regarding your student's visit to Highlands.
Teacher Recommendations and Transcripts
Preschool and Kindergarten Applicants: A Teacher Recommendation form must be completed by the child’s current teacher and mailed directly to the Admissions Director.
First through Seventh Grade Applicants: The completed Teacher Recommendation form and a copy of the student’s transcript (academic and attendance records, standardized test scores, psycho/educational test scores, etc.) must be mailed directly to the Admissions Director.
Applicant Visits and Screening
Preschool through Second Grade Applicants: Applicants for Preschool through Second Grade will be scheduled for an individual appointment for a Developmental Screen. After receipt of your application, Highlands will notify you by mail of your child’s appointment.
Third through Seventh Grade Applicants: Applicants to these grades will be scheduled for a classroom visit, which includes an individual interview and testing.
Decision Letters
Letters of Acceptance will be sent to preschool applicants by mid-February. Letters of Acceptance in all other grades are sent in early March.
